Designation:- Accounts head
Experience : 3-5 years
The Accounts Head will oversee all financial activities of the stock brokerage firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial insights. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, brokerage operations, and regulatory frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including those specific to the stock brokerage industry.
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a stock brokerage or financial services firm.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles applicable to the brokerage industry.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
