Job Description
Branch Manager is the in charge for the entire branch and is responsible to drive branch revenue, new client
acquisition and asset gathering business, towards all clients mapped to branch as well all branch team members and franchisees mapped to the branch
Direct Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for generating revenue for the respective branch through HNIs, Retail clients
& Franchisee for wealth business and broking business.
- Would be responsible for achieving Revenue, Incremental SIP & Net Equalized Assets (LS)
targets for the branch with help of respective Relationship Manager (Wealth & Equity
Rms).
- Should meet all UHNI & Corporate Clients of respective branch and franchisee. - Will be responsible for achieving branch profitability.
- Will be responsible for achieving a surplus through New Business development by directing New
Business development teams in Asset Gathering. - Should focus on all the products including equity, derivatives (F&O), Margin Trading Funding
(MTF), currency, commodities, MF, AIF, Advisory, PMS etc.
- Should be responsible for expansion of client base including (HNI, Ground, and Web).
- Develop business through appointment of new franchisees in the territory.
- Will be responsible for achieving brokerage revenue as per defined targets for branch through
Equity Relationship Managers.
- Should ensure adherence to all compliances as laid down by Risk and Compliance teams in the
Organisation.
