As a Business Development Executive specializing in Upwork and
Freelancer.com platforms for our company, you will be instrumental in
expanding our presence on these platforms and securing new business
opportunities. Your role involves identifying and engaging with
freelancers, bidding on relevant projects, and building lasting
relationships with clients. This position requires a strategic thinker
with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep
understanding of the IT industry and the dynamics of online
freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Create and manage profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.com, optimizing
them for visibility and relevance.
2-Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices to
maximize effectiveness.
3-Lead Generation and Bidding:
4-Identify potential projects and clients on Upwork and Freelancer.com
that align with the company's expertise.
5-Craft compelling proposals, bid on relevant projects, and ensure a
competitive edge in the bidding process.
6-Client Relationship Management:
7-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on freelance
platforms.
8-Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to
provide tailored solutions.
9-Identify and onboard freelancers with the necessary skills for
project requirements.
10-Foster positive and productive relationships with freelancers to
ensure project success.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role,
with a focus on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
* Familiarity with the IT industry and freelance platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet or exceed project acquisition
targets.
* Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
