We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to establish tie-ups with salons and trichologists. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our market presence and drive business growth by partnering with salons and trichologists to promote and sell our products. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential salon partners and trichologists in the designated area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and trichologists. Present our product offerings and negotiate partnership agreements. Train salon staff and trichologists on product features, benefits, and usage. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events at partner salons and with trichologists. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Skills Required: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
