We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our team and lead our talent acquisition and
people management activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies
and initiatives that align with our business goals and values. You will also oversee the entire recruitment
and selection process, from sourcing to hiring, as well as managing employee relations, performance,
training, and development.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a
strong focus on talent acquisition. You should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and
leadership skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism and integrity. You should be able to work in
a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute organizational objectives in human resources, such as talent acquisition, retention,
engagement, diversity, and inclusion
• Create and update job descriptions and design, and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers with candidates
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and ensuring
compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Conduct performance management and appraisal, provide feedback and coaching, and identify areas
for improvement and development
• Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and
competencies
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, and suggest improvements as
needed
• Maintain HR records and reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding
• Knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and tools
• Familiarity with labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• High degree of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively
