Overview: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will closely collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers assigned to specific geographies. This role involves tracking and following up on potential clients provided by field sales, taking leads to closure, arranging follow-up meetings, and managing negotiations. The ISR will strategically execute sales strategies to exceed targets, build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with the Marketing team, and monitor client onboarding and retention. Excellent communication skills, target orientation, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
