Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will closely collaborate with Sales and Business Development Managers assigned to specific geographies. This role involves tracking and following up on potential clients provided by field sales, taking leads to closure, arranging follow-up meetings, and managing negotiations. The ISR will strategically execute sales strategies to exceed targets, build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with the Marketing team, and monitor client onboarding and retention. Excellent communication skills, target orientation, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work closely with Sales and Business Development Managers to manage leads and facilitate the sales process within assigned geographical areas.
● Track and follow up on potential clients provided by field sales, taking leads to closure, and arranging follow-up meetings as needed.
● Share proposals, brochures, and agreements with clients, following up for closure, and handling negotiations in consultation with the Sales Head.
● Plan and execute strategies to surpass sales targets and generate more business from existing and potential clients.
● Coordinate with the Marketing team to close all generated leads and ensure seamless communication.
● Monitor and scale up volumes for all onboarded clients while predicting potential churn and implementing retention strategies.
● Identify opportunities to increase business from existing clients and collaborate with field sales for closure.
● Utilise materials effectively to communicate product offerings, workflow, and pricing structure to prospects.
● Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, maintaining and updating the customer database with call details and follow-up actions.
● Provide feedback from potential clients to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
● Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights.
● Handle initial objections and queries from prospects to increase interest in our services.
Requirements:
● Understanding of the company's business model and product offerings.
● Ability to present product offerings, workflow, and pricing structure effectively.
● Proven experience in managing the sales life cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.
● Familiarity with B2B sales and the ability to differentiate between B2C and B2B approaches.
● Excellent communication skills and preferable experience in Teleradiology.
● Target-oriented with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
● Ability to manage existing accounts while prospecting and identifying new customers.
● Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and distribution channel partners effectively.
● Excellent negotiation skills and self-motivation to work independently.
● Highly motivated with a genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement.
● Patient, persistent, adaptable, and willing to learn new techniques and industry knowledge.
