Role Overview
As a Loan Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for various loan products, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing. You will act as a financial advisor, understanding the needs of each client and offering the most suitable loan solution.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and loan against property.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and quality service.
• Understand customer financial needs and provide the best loan options accordingly.
• Assist customers through the entire loan lifecycle: from application to disbursal.
• Collect and verify documentation as per the credit policy.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for smooth processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and compliance norms.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
• 2–3 years of experience in loan sales/relationship management preferred
• Knowledge of loan regulations and RBI guidelines is a plus
