Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and Ananta Resource Management, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to proactively address client needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate progress and results to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for those with strong foundations in customer relationship management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in relationship management, with proven success in handling client issues and achieving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collections and Follow-ups:
Manage and oversee the collection process, ensuring timely payments from customers.
Follow up with clients for outstanding dues and provide regular updates to the management team.
Post-Sales Activation:
Facilitate seamless post-sales processes, including onboarding and activation of services/products.
Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve post-sales customer needs.
Demand Letter Generation:
Prepare and issue demand letters in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups related to demand letters.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and manage client-related documentation, including agreements, contracts, and payment schedules.
Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, documents, and correspondence.
Excel and Data Management:
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining customer databases.
Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track collections and customer interactions.
Working Days - Mon- Fri
Time - 10-6pm
