We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As part of our robust sales unit, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving the company's growth. With a competitive salary range between ₹220,000 - ₹400,000 annually, this full-time position offers ample opportunities for professional advancement and personal development. Role & Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social
media.
● Set up meetings with potential customers and understand their business needs
● Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
● Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve brand awareness and sales
strategies
Requirements:
● Must Bachelor’s or equivalent education.
● 0-2 years' quota carrying sales experience
● Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
● Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
● Creative thinking and motivated.
