Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in the accounting and finance field.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the accounting and finance sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions through effective sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, coupled with proficiency in maintaining comprehensive candidate pipelines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
