The Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and seat guests. Take and serve food and beverage orders. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints. Order Management: Communicate orders to the kitchen. Ensure timely delivery of orders. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas. Set up and clean tables.
