Position Overview: As a Property Mandate Manager at Brand Realty Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient management, and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained, and operations run smoothly.

Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, building strong and trusting relationships.

• Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving disputes effectively.
• Coordinate with leasing teams to ensure vacancies are filled promptly and rental agreements are executed accurately.
• Implement tenant retention strategies to minimize turnover and maximize occupancy rates.
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are controlled and income targets are met.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for clients and internal stakeholders.
Compliance and Regulation:
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations governing real estate operations.
• Ensure properties comply with all legal requirements, including building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate inspections and audits as necessary, addressing any compliance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams such as leasing, maintenance, and accounting to streamline operations and achieve common goals.

Additional Requirements:
Real Estate License (preferred).
